July 18, 2023	Delegation to Town Council from Mike Neumann, Planmac Engineering Inc. with relation to an update on the assessment of Mallory Beach Road and recommendations.
October 3, 2023	Report PW25-2023 presented to Council by Director of Public Works, Brianna Collins. Council passed the following resolution: That Council receives for information the report "Preliminary Design of the Rehabilitation of Mallory Beach Road, South Bruce Peninsula" by Planmac Engineering Inc. dated June 2023 and as included in report PW25-2023; And further that Council refers any decision on capital planning to the 2024 budget process.
March 5, 2024	Report PW07-24 presented to Council by Director of Public Works, Brianna Collins. Council passed the following resolution: That Council authorizes an exemption from Purchasing Policy TR17.1 that would allow for the sole sourcing of the detailed design for the Mallory Beach Road rehabilitation project; And that Council awards the detailed design of Mallory Beach Road from Bruce Road 9 to Kathleen Avenue to Planmac Engineering Inc. for the amount of $95,000, exclusive of HST, to be funded by the capital budget of $250,000 allocated to project #82432.
