Project Update: Substantial Completion

We're excited to announce that the Gould Street project has reached substantial completion - a significant milestone that means the infrastructure is now in place and the project has met the requirements for its intended use.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience and cooperation throughout construction. This was a big undertaking, and together we accomplished:

➡️ 35 sanitary sewer services
➡️ 860 metres of storm sewer mains
➡️ 101 water services
➡️1,400 metres of new watermain

While some final touch-ups remain, the majority of the work is complete. The contractor is scheduled to return this fall to complete the remaining outstanding items.
