Issued for Construction Drawings

The Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for the Gould Street and Pengally Avenue Reconstruction Project are now available for viewing on the Town's Open Mic page (under Documents). These drawings will guide the construction phase of the project.

While the IFC drawings serve as the blueprint for construction, they do not necessarily reflect the final, in-place condition of the project. As construction progresses, unforeseen conditions or design adjustments may result in change orders that could alter the details or scope outlined in the drawings.
