Interviews and focus groups with a broad range of stakeholders including indoor and outdoor facility users, existing and potential partners, business, waterfront and tourism representatives, seasonal campers, staff, Council, etc.

A “stations-based” workshop designed to solicit feedback on community experiences, site constraints, opportunities, and preliminary design directions.

November 3, 2026 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the arena. An opportunity to review and discuss the draft master plan. The open house is drop-in style, so come at any time to review the draft concepts, ask questions, and provide feedback.

Please review the conceptional design and complete the survey by November 18.
